At The Roman Catholic Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item does not fit or meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our parish support team with your order number to request a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all religious medals and tags attached, then pack them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
